Membership Dues
Use the secure form below to pay your dues by card. Payments are processed through Zeffy, our nonprofit payment partner — 100% of your dues come to the PFA with no platform fees.
Two membership levels are available:
- Individual — covers one member.
- Family — covers your immediate household.
Each level can be paid monthly, or once a year at a discount. Choose the option that fits your household when you select your membership below.
